How do you define wellness? Is it just being healthy?  I came across a description from Definition of Wellness that encompasses the features I believe wellness to be:

Wellness is a positive approach to living – an approach that emphasizes the whole person. It is the integration of the body, mind, and spirit; and the appreciation that everything you do, think, feel, and believe has an impact on your state of health.

Below is a video I enjoy to help relax my body, mind, and spirit.  Try watching with your children, it might help relax them too.

    What a lovely video. Beautiful images and music. The mornings used to be my worry time but now if I wake up worried I do a bit of simple meditation and now I can tune into your video too!! You are right, taking time to bring the mind, body and spirit, into alignment for the day, gets that day off to a much better start.
